UKCP, WMIP & BACP
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a Professional Member of the West Midlands Institute for Psychotherapy (WMIP), currently chairing the Training in Contemporary Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
I am an experienced therapist and over the past several years I have worked with individuals on a weekly basis and more intensively on a twice/thrice weekly basis. Common issues include relationship difficulties, abuse, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression and problem behaviours.
I also supervise the work of other therapists and I am actively involved in the training of therapists with the Training in Contemporary Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in Birmingham.
My practice is located in Solihull, West Midlands.
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation in psychoanalytic psychotherapy is an opportunity for both you and the therapist to explore and think together about the issues which are troubling you so that you decide how your interests may best be served. If you would like an initial consultation, please contact me.
